When Pioneer was incorporated in 1972, Houston was enjoying its new fame as “Space City” with the establishment of NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Rather than starting with small, local projects, we hit the ground running managing facilities and logistics contracts for NASA. Our Furniture & Office Design Services include commercial furniture and finish options from a wide range of leading manufacturers. In 1996, we strengthened our offering through affiliation with HNI Corporation, the world’s second-largest manufacturer of office furnishings. The HNI family encompasses several major brands — including Allsteel, Gunlocke, HON and HBF — allowing us to provide options for every style, budget and functional need.
After decades of expertly managing our customers’ office and document moves, we noticed many businesses lacked a comprehensive Records Management system. We built our Records Management division, opening in 2006, to meet this growing need using the processes and standards the industry demands.
